This is not really happening.

So I am pretty much peeing with excitement. Monday needs to get here right now.

Two more work shifts, Saturday and Sunday! Eighteen more hours. Four more breaks. Two more early mornings. Almost finished!

Monday is going to be an early morning too but for all the right reasons. You can't guess why and I'm not going to tell you. Trust that there will be TONS of pictures.

I will probably end up telling you.

Ummm. I need you to watch this, okay? MMMM, A CAPPELLA.

Your choir group should sing that one, Robyn.

Yogurt breast.

Did my final overnight last night. And it killed. I didn’t bother doing much, I sat in the back and chatted with the baker and did the crossword that was in the paper (what is a positively charged electrode, four letters?!).

I fell asleep in the staff room at one point. Ended up kind of falling off the chair and scared myself awake.

So what have I been up to? (Because apparently people actually enjoy being filled in on my interesting life? I’ll just assume it’s because they’ve been away from me for months and they’ve forgotten how boring I am.) Spending a lot of time at my new home. I now officially live at Dave’s and by officially I mean that I say I do but I really don’t.

They make me very happy (they being my "roomies"). Even Schrödinger. Oh, you haven’t met Schrödinger Prime? Let me introduce you:
I hate cats. I am in love with this cat. She eats your heart with her cuteness and then throws it back up in rainbow form.

So yeah, other than hanging out with the third generation S'ville family I haven't been doing too much. Well, working. And knitting. And being sooo excited for this coming semester that I want to puke.

Yeah, that's all.

Coxswain.

Let's see.

Yesterday was Friday, aka Regatta day (which for the record, has to be the dumbest holiday EVER), today is Saturday. I have finally managed to distinguish which day of the week it is.

I put my notice in at work yesterday. I have decided that working there during school will kind of conflict with my classes (12pm-5pm MWF, hehe). Basically I am too excited to get back to late nights/mornings. 5:00am wake up calls in the summer, WTF?

Speaking of classes, although I can't change it on Saturdays (because MUN's website doesn't believe in Saturdays?), I have decided to take another MARLAND class this year. :):):)

How you ask? He is offering a new class (for him anyway) this semester!!!! And it's a research/writing class (something I actually need) so it's not like I'm going just for him (I would though). Do you think he'll notice the whole five semesters in a row thing?

Probably, eh.

So I'm going to try and play this down a whole lot since I know there is a certain someone aching to see this movie, but Allison, her roommates and I went to see Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 last evening. And it was good... really good.

If you read the books and loved them or saw the first movie and loved it, you will love this one... a lot. And if you both read the books and saw the first movie and loved them, you will really love this one... a lot.

That's about as nonchalant as I can get.

Parked next to the BFC.

Where to begin? I haven't done a boring what-is-Sarah-doing post in some time.

Work is AWESOME. Everyone (and I mean everyone) is extremely nice and not dumb and wonderful. It's almost all university students, that's a good thing. I've consumed a lot of bagels and coffee though, not so good.

I'm actually sad I have the day off because I miss talking to everyone and eating bagels. Sicko.

I burn myself quite frequently though, I think people are becoming embarrassed for me.

Arriving yesterday in the post was the much awaited, extremely anticipated, Inuit picture that I purchased in Iqaluit over a year ago. I am getting it framed at Michael's for about four times what I paid for the picture itself. Hah.

I hung out with my lads the other day. We went to that special, special place.

We also walked around "old St. John's". Sometimes my sadness over living in this city allows me to forget how beautiful it is. So I took pictures of the pretty while downtown and it helped.

Do you have pictures of the pretty? What have you been up to, hmm?

Bliss.

Dear customers,

It’s great that you are deciding on the “healthy” route (as you call it) by choosing to drink green tea. A word to the wise: IT DOES NOT COUNT IF YOU HAVE A MILLION CREAM AND SUGARS IN IT. So don't brag.

Love,
your friendly neighbourhood coffee server
