"Mr Ignatieff had been favourite to win the race, but was defeated by ex-Environment Minister Stephane Dion. . ."Not that I'm mad, Ignatieff was a little too war happy anyway. Maybe now Canada can be a little more green-friendly (if Dion were to ever win a PM election). We need it.
