My Mom spent a good two hours today harassing me about the RCMP. There was a recruitment session going on in the INCO building on campus tonight. She kept asking me if I was going and so on, and when I told her that I didn't see the point she replied angrily with "I thought that was what you wanted?"
This just makes me laugh. The last five years I've been in constant struggle with my mind because I don't know what I want.
The RCMP was a convenient option. Something to tell people when they asked me what I was doing when I "grew up", it was better than saying "Um, I don't know."
Since when was indecision a problem?
